1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FundraiseHub (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FundraiseHub provides a digital fundraising platform that enables organizers, coaches, and participants to create, manage, and promote fundraisers. The Service includes tools for donation collection, team management, analytics, and communication.

3. User Accounts

You must be invited by a fundraiser organizer, or join with a valid join code, to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when using the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, interfere with its operation, or use it to transmit harmful content. Fundraisers run through the Service must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Donations and Payments

Donations processed through FundraiseHub are subject to payment processing fees. FundraiseHub is not responsible for the tax-deductibility of donations. Fundraiser organizers are responsible for providing appropriate tax documentation to donors. Refund policies are determined by individual fundraiser organizers.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FundraiseHub and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit through the Service.

7. SMS Communications

By opting into SMS reminders, you consent to receive text messages related to your fundraising activity. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Messages stop automatically when a fundraiser ends. See our SMS Policy for details.

8. Limitation of Liability

FundraiseHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to FundraiseHub in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time without prior notice if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
